On top of the adventures and the working towards dreams…I need to become fit and healthy. No sure if turning 30 this year has scared me into it or I have just seen the light. I am now 2 weeks into changing the way I eat and exercise. I have lost 2KG so far I get weighed every Thursday. Not only do I want loose weight but I want to improve my fitness and take part in the City to Surf run in Sydney.
I am not a cook by any sort of description. I am learning how to cook healthy meals, avoid temptation and motivate myself to go to the gym or go for a run. Putting myself out there on this journey will hopefully give me the motivation to keep going and improve my health and make a lifestyle change.
